My approach to individual therapy is just that—individualized and tailored to you and your goals. Whether you are experiencing depression, anxiety, grief, or difficult life transitions, I hope to provide you with a safe, trusting environment to overcome challenges and build deeper insight and understanding of yourself. As a feminist and relational-cultural therapist, I integrate cultural humility to ensure you feel seen and valued just as you are. Additionally, I believe that your culture, intersecting identities, and the societal structures in which you live can profoundly affect your well-being and mental health. I also employ parts work and inner-child work to help you extend curiosity and compassion to all your various "parts" and create a deeper understanding and connection to yourself.
