My approach to individual therapy is just that—individualized and tailored to you and your goals. Whether you are experiencing depression, anxiety, grief, or difficult life transitions, I hope to provide you with a safe, trusting environment to overcome challenges and build deeper insight and understanding of yourself. As a feminist and person-centered therapist, I integrate cultural humility to ensure you feel seen and valued just as you are. Additionally, I believe that one's culture, intersecting identities, and the societal structures in which they live can profoundly affect one's well-being and mental health. I also employ attachment theory and emotion-focused therapy, meaning I explore the deeper impact and meaning of your relationships and emotions.
